30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@splashdrop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll get it sorted.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
